What should I wear?
We dress casual. We believe that what's on the inside of a person is more important than the way that they dress. At Oasis you will see blue jeans, khakis, dresses, and skirts. Dress however you feel comfortable, but with modesty.
What are your services like?
We desire to create an environment in all of our services where you can experience the amazing presence of God and feel the freedom to respond to Him however you want to. Our music style is an expression of contemporary culture but is driven by lyrics that are focused on lifting up a Holy God. Our messages are bible based, creative, and applicable to everyday life. We want our time with you to be the best of your week.
What about my children?
Our nursery is staffed with loving, caring, and trained adults. As a parent you can enjoy service and be at ease. The Oasis Nursery is equipped with a secure and central registration desk where each child is signed in and out by his or her parent.
OC Kids (ages 4-5th Grade) is our Children's weekly worship service that is held in our Kid's Church Room in the rear of the building. OC Kids is a high energy, fun, exciting, and relevant worship service just for kids. Your child will experience high energy music, games, videos and media, relevant and creative bible teaching, and a time for your child to respond and pray with one of our adult leaders. Your child will receive love and care from a trained staff.
How does my teenager plug in?
OC Students (6th-12th Grade) is our ministry to students. Currently our students meet every Sunday morning at 10:00am for Small Group called "Increase" and also meet every other Wednesday night for events. OC Students also holds weekend events and trips for our students to connect, build strong relationships and grow together.
Do you have Sunday School?
The short answer is "NO". We have to maximize our time that we have every week. Sunday mornings are geared around four priorities: Worship, Teaching, Children & Students, and Serving. In order to do all four, we do not have Sunday School. However we do have small groups called OC Groups. OC Groups are small groups of 10-15 people that "do life together". OC Groups are geared to build community and provide care. We also have Impact, which is our discipleship effort. Impact Discipleship is gender specific small groups of 4-6 geared strictly for discipleship and accountability.
