At Oasis, we are passionate about the things that Jesus was passionate about. When His disciples asked Him what was the greatest commandment in Matthew 22:37-39, He made it very clear.

The Great Commandment

 

“Jesus replied, love the Lord your God with all of your heart and with all of your soul and with all of your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.”
– Matthew 22:37-39

 

Jesus goes on to say in verse 40 that all of the prophets and the law hang on these two things.
At Oasis, not only are we very passionate about the Great Commandment, but we are equally committed to the Great Commission.

The Great Commission

 

“Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
– Matthew 28:19-20

Our mission is to Love God, Love People, and Make a Difference. And if we do that, we will be and build disciples of Christ, and therefore live out The Great Commandment and The Great Commission.
